The Itasca Orchestra and Strings Program strives to make our program affordable to all. Program fees are priced below cost thanks to generous financial support. For those who require additional help making the program affordable for their family, we have three forms of financial assistance. If your family income is low, you may qualify for 75% off your program fees through Minnesota Afterschool Advance. They have individuals available to help you through the process. If you need additional assistance, please reach out to our office or the Minnesota Afterschool Advance facilitators.
MAA Low Income Scholarship – 75% of fees based on a Minnesota Tax Credit through Minnesota Afterschool Advance
IOSP Merit Based Scholarship – Deadline June 1st, 2022 Merit Based
IOSP Need Based Scholarship – Available to students who qualify for free or reduced lunches. Low Income Scholarship
*apply for the need based scholarship if your family qualifies for free or reduced lunches, but you do not qualify for The MAA assistance.
