Featuring pianist Alexander Sandor in Sergei Rachmanioff’s Concerto No. 2 for Piano and Orchestra

May brings us the return of the prodigious piano talent Alexandor Sandor. Sandor will once again wow us with his performance of Sergei Rachmanioff’s Concerto No 2 for piano and orchestra. This is It is an extremely challenging piece for the pianist. It is even referred to as disastrously difficult. Fortuitously, our region is blessed with the talented Alexander Sandor who interprets the piece flawlessly. Often the piano or orchestra is featured and the other accompanies. In this piece, the orchestra and piano share the stage playing off each other which makes for an exciting collaboration.
